Shpping Policy
- Shipping Services
- For Shipments within the United Kingdom, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for standard deliveries and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for expedited deliveries.
- We use Fedex for International shipments.
- Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed by 4pm on the day of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery is within 24 hours, and expedited delivery guarantees arrival by 1pm the next working day on orders placed before 4pm.
- Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Customs, Duties, Taxes & Regulatory Restrictions.
- The customer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed by the country your items are delivered to.
- Customers are responsible for any local legal and/or regularatory restrictions on the products being shipped; we will not issue refunds for shipments seized or missing due to such restrictions.
- Damages and Lost Shipments
- The customer is liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Where possible, we will assist with claims, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds. If you receive a damaged order, please file a claim with the carrier and retain all packaging and photographic evidence.
Returns and Refunds Policy
- Product Returns
- Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and have a manufacturing defect.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
- Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are issued only for products with a proven manufacturing defect. Refunds are not issued for products that have been used or opened.
- Return Processing: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7 days of the approved return.
- Reporting Issues
- To report an issue, please contact customer service within 3 days of receipt, providing detailed information and photos, if applicable.
- Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for organising the return and the shipping costs of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Exchanges

- Order Cancellations
- Order cancellations are accepted only before the product is shipped.
